A 29-YEAR-old has been fined £200 for testing more than three times over a drug drive limit.
Todd Gordon-Williams of Penglaise House, Lower Bullingham was stopped by police on Whitecross Road in Hereford on August 3 at 11.10pm.
Officers could smell cannabis through the window- he was tested and had 7mg of TCH (the constituent part of cannabis) in his blood, the legal limit is 2mg.
He pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates' Court.
Gordon-Williams was fined £200, ordered to pay a criminal court charge of £150, a victim surcharge of £20 and prosecution costs of £135.
He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.
