A GIANT water slide is coming to Herefordshire.
The 500ft beast will take over Hereford Board and Bike Park in Tillington on Saturday May 21 between 10am and 6pm.
The giant inflatable slide is similar to the one which was constructed in Bristol in 2014 – although this one will be bigger.
A 30-minute slot will cost £10, which should allow time for at least four slides, and the minimum age for those taking part is seven.
The event was originally planned for last year but event organisers, XS Events, said it was unable to go ahead.
George Lawton, from XS Events said: "We did not deliberately mislead anybody but it is definitely happening this year.
"It will be an exciting, good-value, adrenalin-filled family fun event."
There are plans for taster sessions of mountain biking to run alongside the event, as well as live music and food.
