FIRE crews are currently at the scene of a barn fire in Goodrich.
The fire service was first called at 3.11am this morning to assist the owner of the barn to put out the fire.
One crew from Whitchurch, two from Ross-on-Wye, two from Gloucestershire, two from South Wales and a water carrier from Ledbury attended.
The fire was contained within the 30m by 50m building used for livestock.
The roof was destroyed by fire.
Firefighters used five litres of foam and two hose reel jets to dampen the area down.
Agricultural machinery was used by the farmer to dig out burning straw bales.
Crews are still at the scene.
A fire investigation is being carried out.
