A MAN died after collapsing at the Armed Forces Day celebrations in Ledbury.
West Midlands Ambulance Service told the Hereford Times that they were called to Market House on the High Street at 2.30pm on Saturday to treat a patient in cardiac arrest.
Bystanders, helped by volunteers from St John Ambulance, performed CPR on the man before paramedics took him to Hereford County Hospital.
However, it was later confirmed that he had died.
The service continued in Ledbury town centre before cadets and military representatives paraded on the High Street.
