A CONVENIENCE store been rebranded following talks with a supermarket chain.
Hereford Express hit national headlines last year over the frontage of their shop which appeared to imitate that of Tesco.
A year later the shop in Folly Lane, Tupsley, has changed its appearance once again.
A representative at the shop refused to comment but said they had 'sorted it with Tesco'.
When asked whether they had challenged the shop over its previous appearance a Tesco spokesman said: "We do not comment on specific cases but we will always take appropriate steps to protect the Tesco brand which identifies more than 3,500 of our stores to customers across the UK.”
Hereford Express had its alcohol and cigarette licence revoked last month.
This followed a Trading Standards operation where two underage volunteers were sold tobacco and alcohol by a member of staff who, when interviewed, appeared not to have had full training.
