Body found in River Wye identified as missing man, Martin Humphreys
A BODY found in the River Wye between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye has been identified as a man who was reported missing.
This afternoon police said a body of a man recovered by police at around 6.10pm last night has been identified as missing man, Martin Humphreys.
Martin, 40, was last seen in the Bridge Street area on Monday.
Formal identification has taken place and Mr Humphreys' next of kin have been informed.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
The family has asked for their privacy to be respected at this time.
