A MAN with serious head injuries was found in a street in Leominster on New Year's Day.
A member of the public called the police at 7.23am yesterday morning to raise concerns about an injured man who was found on the pavement on Godiva Road, a street off Buckfield Road in Leominster.
A police spokesman said: "Emergency services attended to a man in his 50s, who had sustained serious head injuries. He was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, where he remains in a critical condition.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
"Enquires are still on-going to establish the circumstances and the time surrounding the injuries sustained."
