A FIRE closed a main road in Herefordshire last night (Saturday).
A fire service spokesperson said the A4103 Hereford to Worcester road was closed at Fromes Hill after firefighters were called to reports of a car on fire on the busy route.
The road remained closed while crews dealt with the blaze and was later reopened.
UPDATE November 3: A Herefordshire and Worcester Fire Service spokesperson confirmed crews were called to a fire involving a Land Rover and trailer on the A4103 just after 7pm.
On arrival, crews found the vehicle was well alight, and the flames had spread to a hedgerow.
Two casualties were treated by paramedics, but it is understood that no one was seriously injured.
