FIREFIGHTERS across Herefordshire have been busy overnight, with callouts to a car fire and a bus shelter blaze.
A fire service spokesperson said crews from Ross-on-Wye and Ledbury fire stations were called to a vehicle fire on the M50 at junction 3 at 10pm last night (March 6).
Crews used hose reel jets and breathing apparatus to tackle the flames, which had completely destroyed the car.
In Bromyard, crews were called out just after 6am this morning to reports of a bus shelter on fire at Bringsty Common.
Crews used one hose reel jet to put out the blaze, in which no-one was injured.
