A MAN was seriously hurt in a car fire near Leominster last night (July 18).
Emergency services were called to Cholstrey, with the inccident resulting in a road closure from the A44 junction with the B4529 road to Kingsland.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Emergency services were called to a man in a car fire in on the B5429 in Cholstrey in Herefordshire at around 8.45pm.

"The man in the car was taken to Hereford hospital by West Midlands Ambulance service."
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service added: "An ambulance, paramedic officer and BASICS doctor were sent to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found a male patient who was treated for potentially serious injuries before being conveyed to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment."
A fire crew from Leominster was also sent to the scene to assist with police who were concerned for the man's welfare.
