A DRIVER caught out in Hereford while over three times the limit has been banned from the roads.
Paul Minshull entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates last month.
The court heard from prosecutor Lauren Millichip that the 59-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Belmont Road after getting behind the wheel of a Mini while over the drink-driving limit on June 16 last year.

An evidential blood test revealed that Minshull, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Chris Read, had 6.4 microgrammes (mg), of controlled class B drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood, more than three times the legal limit of two mg.
Minshull, of Cobblers Grove, Pontrilas, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120 for the offence. Magistrates said they took his guilty plea into account.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £48 victim surcharge.
