A HEREFORDSHIRE Quaker has appeared before a court charged with refusing to fill in his census.
John Voysey, who is 82 and lives in Adforton, pleaded not guilty to the charge, under the 1920 Census Act, at Wrexham Magistrates Court.
The case has been adjourned to March 2 when a date will be fixed for a trial to be heard before a district judge.
