A PIZZA takeaway has reopened its Hereford branch - 18 months after it closed.
Papa John's in Commercial Road is now run by Amrinder Singh, who took on the franchise on Wednesday (March 7).
"There was a different franchise before but I don't think it was managed properly," said Mr Singh.

"But this is a new franchise and and it's been totally refurbished.
"We're really happy and we want people to give it a try."
A post on its Facebook page announced that it was reopening, adding that it plenty of deals such as any large pizza for £7.99.
Papa John's closed in Hereford in September 2022, with a note in the window saying its temporary closure "was because of operational reasons."
The note added that the takeaway looked forward to reopening very soon.
A statement by Papa Johns said that certain locations needed to be closed temporarily while some issues were resolved.
