PEMBRIDGE CE Primary School have been amazed by the generous donations raised by the children for Sport Relief which now total over £1000.
"For a school with 89 children, this is a wonderful achievement. We were very keen to enjoy raising money for a good cause by running a mile and selling healthy snacks during the day," said Robert Hollis, head teacher.
The school's focus on keeping fit and healthy continued recently by extending its playground and sporting provision by installing an adventure trail in the grounds. Local businesses, families and the community gave generously to help fund a variety of equipment suitable for the very youngest and oldest children in the school.
