ONE of the region's most innovative sculptors and eco-artists, Terry Mould, is showing his Wild Spring creations at Wyevale in Hereford.
Terry, who recently gathered rave reviews for his Scrapyard Survivors exhibition at the Theatr Brycheiniog in Brecon, will be showing a number of sculptures made specifically for gardens, including his Boxing Hare and Phoenix.
Known as the "Lord of Whimsy", Terry Mould's artistic career sprang from a lifetime's involvement with engineering metal, motors and robots (as seen on various TV programmes), combined with a fascination with fantasy worlds.
"As an artist, I'm delighted Wyevale has allowed me to get out of the gallery and into living garden surroundings, where much of my work should be seen," says Terry.
Wild Spring runs until April 11 at Wyevale Garden Centre, King's Acre Rd, Hereford, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Sunday, 10.30am to 4pm.
