On Boxing Day in Leominster the local “gentry” rode into town on their horses with a pack of dogs, where they left behind the contents of the horses and dogs bladders and bowels all over the roads and pavements. Nothing is done to clear the mess but if one us plebs had a dog seen fouling the streets we would receive a severe penalty. Why don’t rules apply to all?
