TWO major retailers will start selling a Herefordshire sparkling wine this spring.
Marks & Spencer and Waitrose have both picked up the Castle Brook Vineyard's 2009 vintage Classic Cuvée.
The grapes are grown by the Chinn family in Coughton, near Walford.
Marks & Spencer is selling the wine in selected stores and online.
The retailer’s deal with Castle Brook Vineyard follows on from a long-term relationship with the brand’s sister company Wye Valley Asparagus.
Waitrose is selling the wine as part of a series of twelve new English and Welsh wines being launched in stores nationwide.
