Police are investigating following the discovery of a body in woodland.
The corpse was found at Cave Hill in Tovil, Maidstone, Kent, at 7.15am on Sunday.
Kent Police said the cause of death was “unexplained” and officers were carrying out inquiries at the scene.
No details about the victim’s sex, age or identity have yet been disclosed and the death is being treated as suspicious. Kent Police said the body was of a man believed to be aged in his 20s, and he was found near a mill pond.
A police spokesman said: “Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at any time between Saturday May 6 and Sunday morning, May 7 2017, who saw anyone or anything.”
