HOARWITHY trainer Lucy Turner partnered Petit Lord to the Mixed Open for the second successive season at the Duke of Beaufort's point-to-point.
The 21-year-old also earned a good performance in the Novice Rider's race at Didmarton in Gloucestershire.
The following day saw the Turner stable represented by Pentiffic in the Hunter Chase for the prestigious Air Wedding Trophy in Warwick.
Despite a mistake at the half-way stage, Turner kept her cool, allowing Pentiffic to improve stealthily and make a late challenge to earn a jubilant victory.
The horses are owned by Turner's mother Audrey and trained by her father Phil.
She also works for Kings Caple based trainer Venetia Williams.
Garnons will be the next point-to-point this Sunday with seven races scheduled.
The action begins with the Wye Valley Produce Members race at 1.30pm.
Entry is £10, with children under-16 getting in for free.
