DORE Valley stunned Civil Service 5-0 to rise to the top of Hereford Times Herefordshire League Division Two and earn this week's team of the week prize.
There are just four points that separate the top seven teams in the division, with Dore Valley only top on goal difference, ahead of Ledbury Town Reserves and Hereford City.
Ledbury earned a 2-1 win against ten-man Holme Lacy Reserves last time out, while Hereford City came away from Withington with a 2-0 victory.
Chris Marshall and Kieran Tisdale grabbed Hereford City's goals.
The division's other game saw Kington Town Reserves thrash Shobdon 5-0.
Stephen Caple, Ricky Dyer, Sam Goodman, Ryan Newton and James Williams all netted for Kington.
In Division One,Bromyard comfortably beat Orleton Colts Reserves 5-2 thanks to two goals from Roy Jordon.
Derek Craddock, Wayne Hoskins and Connor Bennington were also on target.
Elsewhere, Mark Boucker scored a hat-trick for Tenbury Town in a seven-goal thriller at Kingstone Harriers.
Alex Bright was also on target in the 4-3 win.
Some cup fixtures were also played last Saturday.
Tenbury United are through to the semi-finals of the HFL Senior Cup after beating Orleton Colts 2-0, while Ledbury Town kick-started their HFL Clubsport Cup campaign with a 3-1 success at Westfields Reserves.
Dwayne Tyndale was one of the players on target for Ledbury.
In the Ross Cup, Holme Lacy hammered Ewyas Harold Reserves 7-0, while St Johns Howle Hill overcame Fownhope Reserves 5-2.
Mark Davis, Stuart Mills and James Powell all scored twice for Holme Lacy, with Elliot Thomas also being on target.
The Premier Division gets back underway this Saturday, with third-placed Fownhope against Ewyas Harold, who are fourth, being the pick of the matches.
Leaders Wellington Reserves are not in action, so nearest challengers Tenbury United will be hoping to take advantage when they entertain Westfields Reserves.
