ANGY Hereford manager Paul Caddis blasted the manner that his side conceded two goals against Buxton as ‘embarrassing at times’ after they battled back to earn a 2-2 draw.

Diego De Girolamo was allowed enough space inside the box to score the opener before miss-communication saw Kyle Howkins send a back-pass into his own net.

Substitute Andy Williams netted twice late on to rescue a point and fired over in the last minute during a dramatic finale.

“I’m annoyed, I’m angry, the manner of the goals is embarrassing at times,” said Caddis.

“They’re avoidable as well, that’s the frustrating thing. It’s just errors, communication errors.

“I’m immensely proud of the players for fighting back, but we can’t keep scoring two or three goals at home to walk away with a point.

“We’re at the business end of the season. To come back again is ridiculous, the amount of times we’ve done it this season is outrageous.

“It’s an amazing characteristic to have in the changing room, but you can’t keep relying on that. It’s happened too much.”

Hereford sat five points behind seventh placed Boston heading into Wednesday's re-scheduled game against Banbury United.

Hereford then travel to second placed Scunthorpe on Saturday.
