BELMONT Wanderers Football Club celebrated the past season with an awards day.
Former Mayor Jim Kenyon and Hereford FC chairman Ken Kinnersley were on hand to present the awards, with fun activities available for everyone to enjoy.
The event raised £1,000, which will go towards a new clubhouse.
The club was formed in 2010 and now consists of 15 teams ranging from various ages.
“The club has had a great year winning the Charter Standard of the Year award and it’s occasions like this that make you realise all the hard work is worth it, as a coach, parent or a player," said head of development Chris Tipping,
"We have a fantastic turnout each year and it seems to keep growing, with new teams being added each season.
“A huge thank you to Jim Kenyon and Ken Kinnersley for coming along and giving out awards, it just goes to show that there is some great local support out there, which can only inspire players even further."
The boy of the season was Harry Williams, who plays for the under-9s, while Charlotte Hill, of the under-14s claimed the girls' award.
