HEREFORD United goalkeeper Chris Adamson was taken to hospital following an accident on the M5 this morning.
Adamson sustained minor injuries in the collision which happened just after 7.30am between Worcester and Droitwich.
The club's official website say that Adamson has been discharged from hospital but is highly unlikely to feature in the squad for tomorrow's League Two game against Grimsby Town at Edgar Street.
He was travelling to the ground at the time of the accident.
A motorcylist was also airlifted to hospital with chest and shoulder injuries and a further two people were treated for minor injuries.
