LEWIS Barbara Many thanks to friends, family and colleagues for giving me a great 'send off' and for generous donations to providing training and equipment for midwifery staff in Sierra Leone. Special thanks to Kay for the hilarious video and for organising a memorable evening. Thanks too for messages of condolence and floral tributes on the death of my mother two days later.
