BUTCHER Jim O.B.E. Died peacefully after a long two year battle with cancer at Earl Mountbatten Hospice on November 26th, aged 77 years. Jim leaves behind his partner Mags, his children Catherine and Richard and partners Helen and Andy, his grandchildren Andrew, Lucy, David and Emily and three great granddaughters Georgie, Mylea and Minnie. The Family would wish to extend sincere thanks to Mr T Underwood, Mr D Byrne and Donna at the Upper G.I. Team and Southampton General Hospital, also all the Staff at the Earl Mountbatten Hospice. Service at the Isle of Wight Crematorium on Tuesday, December 8th at 12 noon. Family flowers only, a donation if desired to the National Oesophageal Cancer Trust c/o Geoff Leather Funeral Directors, 45 Upper St James Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1LG.
