BANKS Lawrence CBE DL VMH (William) On Tuesday 14th June, passed away peacefully at home. Aged 84. Much loved husband, father, and grandfather. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 7th July at St Marys Church, Kington, Herefordshire at 2:00pm. A memorial reception will be held in London in the Autumn.
