Professor Michael John Jones Mike was a loving father to Katherine Jones, devoted son of Lilian & Donald Basil Jones and fond friend to Christine Glossop (former-wife). Mike is much loved and will always be remembered. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him - a caring friend and highly respected colleague with friendships across the world. The funeral for Professor Mike Jones will be on Friday 6th October at 12pm at St Augustine's Church, Penarth, CF64 1BJ. The burial will follow at the Natural Burial Ground, St. Nicholas, CF5 6SG, in honour of his love for nature. Do allow plenty of time, there is only street parking at the church. The burial site may be wet or muddy, so bring suitable footwear.
