LEWIS Patricia Dorothy (Pat) Passed away peaceful at Hereford County Hospital on the 28th of April 2024 aged 91 years. Loving wife of the late Tom. Much loved mother of Martin and Mandy and mother-in-law to Stephen and Veronica. Beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on the 22nd of May 2024 at 12:15pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
