HUGHES Mavis of Wyesham (formerly of Wormelow). Peacefully passed away at Hazelhurst Nursing Home, Bishopswood on 3rd September, aged 83 years. Much loved Mum of Deborah and Darren, Nanna of Gareth, Thomas and Megan and Great Nanna of Reuben, Arlo, Norah, Kester and Ewan. Funeral service at The Forest of Dean Crematorium on Thursday 26th September at 1.30pm. By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations in memory of Mavis for St David's Hospice Care and Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation may be placed in the donations box at the crematorium, given online at www.ernest-heal.co.uk or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth, NP25 3ED. (Please make cheques payable to Ernest Heal & Sons Donations Account).

Our deepest sympathy to all the families.
I spent many hours when growing up in the Morris household with Doreen, Mavis and Grenville when living at Orcop.
Worked with Tony and Grenville cleaning windows back in the day.
I have a photo somewhere with Debbie and Ann in there younger days.
Mavis will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Rest in peace Mavis.
