CHURCH - Supporters of the shoe box appeal are asked to bring their boxes to St Mary’s Church on Sunday, when the family service takes place. Present at this service will be Irene Priday, who organised the appeal. She will talk about the children who are the recipients of the boxes. The service is at 11am. On November 28, Edna Hughes will be running another wreath-making day. Starting at 10.30am, in the church. Edna needs to know the number of people attending, so that she can prepare the rings ready for decorating.
Tea and coffee will be available.

LUNCH - The next village lunch will be taking place in the hall on November 25, 12.30 for 1pm. Costing £9.50 for three courses with concessions for children. There will be tea or coffee included in the price. There will be a bar and a raffle. Please book with Sue Hathaway by the previous Wednesday 01544 340635.
FLICKS IN THE STICKS - Almeley village hall on November 22 at 7.30pm, doors open at 7pm, bar available, cabaret seating and raffle.
The film is The Descendants. A short film of the Queen's recent visit to Hereford will be shown before the start of the main feature.
