HERITAGE GROUP - Garway Heritage Group's December meeting will feature an illustrated talk by chairman Roger Pattenden recounting his experiences travelling and working in remote parts of Oman during the 1970s and comparing these with an account and photos from a recent visit. Meet on Tuesday at 7.30pm in Garway Village Hall. Entrance is free for members, £3 for non-members. Free refreshments will include wine and festive nibbles.

Semi-acoustic Grosmont trio BBC, with a fun and festive set of well known songs performed in their own unique way, will start promptly at 8pm. Followed by local band Danny and The Daleks with guest vocalists and the odd star turn. Start the Christmas festivities with music from rock, punk, country, pop and a smattering of well known Christmas hits. A free glass of mulled wine for everyone arriving before 7.45pm.
