PARISH COMMUNITY LED PLAN - A huge ‘thank you’ to everyone involved with the delivery and collection of the Community Led Plan (CLP) questionnaires in Breinton.
Over the last few weeks, around 25 volunteers have ensured that everyone in Breinton had the opportunity to complete a questionnaire. Where possible, the distributors have spoken to householders, rather than just to post the questionnaires through the door, even if this has meant returning to a property if people were out at the time of the first visit. The enthusiasm and dedication of the distributors has been phenomenal.
There are still a few questionnaires to collect, but to date in excess of 530 completed questionnaires have been received and 50 people have offered to help the community in various ways. A fantastic response from the people of Breinton.
The completed questionnaires show what residents like about the parish, what they want to preserve and what changes they would like to see in the future.
The questionnaires will shortly be delivered to the Herefordshire council data analysis team to collate the information. This will form the basis of the CLP, which will be written by the volunteer steering group, before submission for consideration and approval by Breinton Parish Council.
It will take some time for the data to be analysed, and the steering group will then consider the information before drawing conclusions and writing the CLP.
The community will be kept updated about the progress of the report, and thanks go to the community for all efforts and participation in the CLP so far.
