BINGO – There will be a bingo session at Evenjobb village hall tomorrow (Friday) starting at 8pm. Proceeds will go to Evancoed church.
WHIST DRIVE – At a whist drive held recently at Llanbister community hall, results were: Ladies 1st Shirley Hammond, 2nd Helen Hughes and 3rd Gwyn Morgan. Gents 1st Haydn Morgan, 2nd Mair Evans, 3rd Ivor Jones. Miniatures winners were Alwyn and Valerie Davies.
Olwen Bowen thanked Gwyn Morgan for being the MC and all who attended, gave prizes and helped with the refreshments. All proceeds will go to Christian Aid.
