KINGTON gala day is set to take place on Saturday June 22 this year.
The gala day is being organised by the Kington Lions Club and will be officially opened by Lady Darnley, Lord Lieutenant of Herefordshire.
Activities will include a children’s football tournament, dog show, quick cricket tournament as well as local craft and horticultural stands.
There will be refreshments, live music from local bands and the afternoon will end with the locally famous duck race down the river Arrow.
The event will take place on the recreation ground in Kington, with free admission.
