ROSIE Kay Dance Company has toured the UK and Europe with its unique style and strong physicality, and earned a reputation for making fierce, original and challenging dance theatre works.
There is Hope is a hard-hitting, contemporary dance piece exploring the relationship between faith and the body. The piece has personal stories with edgy choreography – beginning in the real world but then rapidly descending to hell, and asks what kind of world we’re living in and is there hope?
A cast of incredible performers travel through a universe of heavens, hells and purgatories – worlds of beauty and of the bizarre – expect humour, black comedy, athletic performances and some unexpected and extraordinary moments of dance and theatre.
If you’re 14-25, sign up for The Courtyard Card and enjoy discounts (subject to availability) on selected shows, including There is Hope, as well as 20 per cent discount on all food and drink at the Cafe Bar.
There is Hope will be at The Courtyard on Friday, May 3 at 7.30pm. To book, call the box office on 01432 340555
