A CHANGE in visiting hours at Ross-on-Wye Community Hospital started today in a bid to help maintain ward routines and assist patients’ recovery.
The current hours are now 3pm to 5pm and 7pm to 8pm, compared to 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 7.30pm.
“These are only small changes, but we think they will make a big difference to our patients,” said Michelle Clarke, director of nursing and quality at Wye Valley NHS Trust.
Staff will be speaking to patients and visitors throughout this month to gain feedback about the changed hours.
