HIGH speed fibre broadband is now available to almost 4,000 homes and businesses in Ledbury.
This follows Hereford, which had its broadband upgraded last year, and Leominster will follow later this year as part of BT’s £2.5 billion fibre roll-out programme .
Bill Wiggin, MP for North Herefordshire, said: “This is a welcome and significant step for Ledbury. High-speed digital connectivity is a defining factor for our long-term success.
“At a time when our local economy needs a boost, important developments, such as the government’s and BT’s investment in super-fast broadband, offer us the potential to create new opportunities, services and growth.”
