BRISTOL Old Vic Theatre School presents Moonfleet, its latest touring production, at The Courtyard on Tuesday.
Set on a Dorset coast in the village of Moonfleet, orphan John Trenchard is captivated by the story of ghostly Blackbeard and his lost treasure, embarking on a search which leads him to adventure with smugglers, the revenue men and eventually love.
The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is one of the top training grounds in the country for actors, with graduates including Olivia Colman, Daniel Day-Lewis, Rupert Penry-Jones and Jeremy Irons.
