LEOMINSTER Choral Society presents Brahms’ A German Requiem in Leominster Priory Church at 7pm on Saturday, May 25.

Conducted by musical director James Atherton, whose wife Hannah Grove Atherton will sing the soprano solo, it is the first time in more than 40 years that Brahms’ great German Requiem has been performed in Leominster, making it an unmissable occasion.

The requiem also features baritone Jonathan Brown and pianists Ben Cooper and Jonathan Hope.

Several other short pieces including Geistliches Lied will also be performed.

Tickets are available from Gill’s Gifts and Fletcher’s News in Leominster, and on the door.
