VILLAGE LOTTERY - Nora Wintour won £25 with number 43 on May 25, Betty Thorndyke won £25 with number 9 on June 1.
PARISH PLANNING - In the June issue of the parish newsletter there is an article titled Report on the Neighbourhood and Community Plans in which residents are advised that it is proposed to build 10 new houses in Bishopstone. A number of public meetings will be held, at which an opportunity to debate this proposal can be made.
