LEISURE CLUB - On Monday members will take their last trip of the year to Coed-y-Dinas garden, home and country centre, part of Charlie’s Stores, in Welshpool, Powys. Details about the centre can be found at coedydinas.co.uk. The coach will leave the parish hall at 9.30am and return from Welshpool at 4pm. The cost is £12 per person and visitors are welcome. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN - The parish council has arranged for Bodenham to be designated as a Neighbourhood Area and a steering group has been formed to develop a Neighbourhood Plan.
The steering group is now meeting regularly and so far has prepared a preliminary draft of the plan, which is available at bodenhamparish.org.uk.
Comments on the draft, or on any other aspect of neighbourhood planning as it relates to Bodenham, will be welcome.

The steering group’s meetings are open to the public with dates and venues published on the parish website. Anyone who would like to contribute by becoming a member of the steering group, or by assisting in any other way, is asked to contact the clerk.
ROMANIA SUPPORT GROUP - Bodenham’s annual quiz in aid of Enlaka village will be held in the parish hall on September 27.
Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. Admission is £6 including soft drink and refreshments.
Come on your own and make friends or bring a team.

FLOOD PROTECTION GROUP - The group invites everyone to a fund-raising quiz at 7.30pm on October 25 at the parish hall.
There will be prizes for the winning table of six.
