PLANS have been submitted to convert former agricultural buildings into 21 houses at Hampton Court.
If the proposal by by Hampton Court Property Holdings Ltd is approved, the properties would be a mix of two, three and four-bed homes.
The design and access statement submitted to Herefordshire Council states that access into the site at Hope under Dinmore would remain off the A417, but the existing driveway would be altered.
"Within the development site, the design proposal seeks to minimise car movements within the courtyard and as such only have vehicular access into the courtyard via existing hardstanding," reads the statement.
"The proposal seeks to retain the overall character of the site, with mimimal alterations to allow the proposed conversion.
"In terms of landscaping, the existing boundary treatments and trees will be retained where possible, with new hedge and tree planting where appropriate."
Representations can be made to the council by May 1.
