TWO new sponsors of this September's h.Art open exhibition are offering a cash prize, an opportunity to work in Germany and a chance to show at one of the county's leading galleries.
Ross-on-Wye company REHAU is offering one artist the chance to exhibit their work in Germany in 2008 as well as at the UK headquarters during h.Art week in 2007, in addition to £1,000 prize money.
An award-winning, international leader in polymer-based solutions for use in the building, automative and industrial sectors, REHAU is particularly interested in showing 3-D work and work that uses materials in innovative ways.
Wormbridge gallery Galan-thus is offering one artist an exhibition in its beautifully converted premises during 2008.
Any professional or semi-professional artist living or working in the county can submit work for the open, for which the deadline is June 4.
The deadline for artists wishing to include their studios or exhibitions in the festival, which runs from September 6-16, is April 16.
