The Art of Tibetan Calligraphy
Try your hand at some Tibetan calligraphy in a workshop led by Tashi Mannox. He spent four years in a Buddhist retreat, where he meticulously copied ancient Tibetan texts, furthering his training as a scribe in the highly disciplined and multiple forms of Tibetan calligraphy. Now living in Herefordshire, he is in demand internationally as a teacher of Tibetan Buddhist calligraphy.

Young Performers' Music Course Final Concert
This concert will include performances from the various groups and ensembles including the string orchestras, bands, course orchestra, quartets, quintets and the course choir. This diverse and energetic concert concludes a great week of music making and gives an opportunity for the young musicians of Herefordshire to prove what they are made of! This concert is particularly suitable for young children who are interested in learning an instrument.

Threshold of Light: the Celtic Vision in the Welsh Borders
Esther de Waal grew up in the Welsh borders and the area's landscape and buildings have been very influential throughout her life. After writing on monasticism for many years, she has turned in recent years to exploring the importance of the religious imagination and to the role of poetry, both of which play an important part in the Celtic tradition of spirituality.
