A FANTASTIC day was had by all at the Little Dewchurch community fun day.
There was a wonderful turnout on the village green, in the community hall and later on at the Plough Inn.
A hog roast was enjoyed and the celebrations carried on into the early hours.
The new "book swap" in the old BT phone box was officially opened and all the activities meant that a total of nearly £2,000 was raised on the day.
The proceeds will be going towards the provision of a village defibrillator and future community events.
Organisers would like to offer a very special thanks to all those who made it possible and such a success.
