WHEN you're related to a world-famous recording star, it's perhaps little wonder that music gets into your blood.
At four years old, Beck Sian was dancing around to her cousin Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights. On Saturday she'll be presenting her own music, including work from her debut CD, Unfurling, at the Lion Ballroom in Leominster as part of her first UK tour.
Described as the inventor of Austalia's haunted forest music', Beck is a folk singer who gives traditional material a contemporary edge, accompanying herself on a variety of instruments, from piano to pan pipes.
Beck Sian plays The Lion Ballroom on Wednesday, May 23, at 7.30pm. Tickets available from Gill's Gifts, 01568 611588.
