A MAN threatening to jump into the River Wye has been talked down by police.
The emergency services were called to a roadside near Wilton Bridge in Ross-on-Wye shortly before 11pm yesterday (Sunday) after the man called police himself.
Fire crews from Ross and Hereford were called out as a precaution before he was talked out of the jump.
