A PEREGRINE falcon has a new bird on the go!

Perry', the resident male at Symonds Yat Rock, is raising chicks with his new partner, Polly'.

RSPB volunteers thought Perry was more than happy with Gina - his partner for the last six years - and were shocked to see him with his new "chick".

Sorrel Jones, RSPB Information Assistant, said: "Something must have happened to Gina for Perry to take a new mate like this. "We are lucky that he was able to find Polly in time for the breeding season and we are pleased to report that their chicks hatched."

To make your own judgement on Perry and Polly's love affair, visitors can go to Symonds Yat Rock from 10am to 6pm on weekends and bank holidays and 11am to 6pm weekdays until the end of August.
