TWO rabbits have been stolen from the back garden of a house in Leominster.
The owner returned to the Portna Way home on two separate days to find the hutch door open and the animals missing. It is not thought that other animals are responsible or that the rabbits have escaped.
The first - a white and brown rabbit - was taken between 6pm and 8pm on Sunday, May 13. The second rabbit - black in colour - was taken between noon and 4pm on Friday, May 18.
Each animal was valued at £40 but were family pets and of great sentimental value to the owner.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact Hereford Police on 08457 444888.
