A HEREFORDSHIRE student has won a competition to design a new logo for a project aiming at increasing the number of people progressing into higher education.
Joanna Marshall, who is studying for a BA (Hons) in Graphic and Media Design at Herefordshire College of Art and Design, pitched her logo for the Lifelong Learning Network (LLN) alongside the work of students from seven other colleges across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
A LLN steering group felt Joanna's design best represented the network.
LLN is made up of all organisations in Herefordshire and Worcestershire with an interest in higher education, led by the University of Worcester. It aims to get people with vocational qualifications, as well those in employment, to go into higher education and, once there, succeed.
